Imperial Valley Business Resource Center (IVBRC)
The Imperial Valley Business Resource Center was established in 2020 with the aim of creating effective partnerships, leverage regional economic and business opportunities, and support IRA's mission to improve the quality of life for Imperial County residents. Serving as a one-stop shop for businesses and workforce development, IVBRC provides startups, entrepreneurs, established companies, and job seekers with a comprehensive success plan through a strategic and collaborative approach and a wide network of partners.
IVBRC will support business attraction, retention, and expansion throughout the region by offering a combination of technical assistance and referral services as well as ensuring that there is diversification and increase in employment opportunities, direct jobs created/retained and investment across industry sectors.
Background
Incorporated in 2011, Imperial Regional Alliance (IRA) has grown to host a number of community initiatives and programs. Recently, IRA saw a need to create a service that would allow our business community greater access to tailored resources, technical assistance and referrals to both private and public services in the region. IVBRC offers a complete roadmap to business development for startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses.

IRA is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2011 that serves the Imperial County community through initiatives that improve the quality of life for low to moderate income. This mission is accomplished by bringing education, workforce training and employment opportunities to the Imperial Valley.
